Wolf IP Scanner Privacy Policy

Local Network Scanning

Wolf IP Scanner scans the network ranges selected by the user to identify hosts, latency, ports and service hints. Scan results are processed on the user's Mac.

External Lookups

When the user runs Whois or GeoIP lookup, the entered public IP address or domain may be sent to external lookup providers to retrieve ownership or approximate location data.

No Exact Location

GeoIP information is approximate and may identify an internet provider, CDN, data center, or network region. It does not reveal a person's exact address, GPS location, or subscriber identity.
